Uh oh! Returned payments are never fun for us or the user and we understand that. The good news? We are charged a fee by the processor we do not pass along to you!

Unfortunately right now if your payback is returned to us you are no longer eligible for advances and won't have a way to settle the payback in app just yet. Right now it will show your advance as closed and paid, but the support team will be able to confirm if it was returned. If you request an advance with a return payment on your record you'll receive an error saying you've reached your limit.
